don’t start purging if you haven’t already.
try to quit purging if you’ve already started.
nourish your body.
don’t end up with a chronic heart condition like me, that causes you not to be able to do anything without a 50/50 -
@SouthpauzArt Had this happen while camping last may long ! Was out in a more secluded part of the campsite/forest in a bikini top and jorts sunbathing and the drone was flying around for a bit, I didn’t think anything of it, until it stopped above me for a good 5 mins until I put my shirt on
@breathefreely0 okay I don’t know if you answered this one, but did you struggle with emotional regulation ? when I do 72+hr fasts I always find it hard to like, process my emotions
@starveswirl you can find them on Amazon !! RENPHO is my favourite, the app is super cool too, it tells you all the different percentages like bone mass, metabolic age, bmi, etc.
@aidaymayday Please go to a doctor !! In the future I’d suggest investing in a good pair of running shoes and make sure you’re wearing appropriate socks !! (I like to layer multiple pairs so there’s more fabric between my foot and the shoe !!)
