The contract for departure lounge at Trivandrum International Airport was given to a new company. The contract with Bird Lounges was terminated. Let’s hope the lounge run under the new company serves its customers much better!@PMOIndia @TRV_Airport_Off @AdaniOnline @PMOIndia

Food Safety and Hygiene at the Bird Lounge at Trivandrum International Airport Departure Terminal is deplorable to say the least. I travel via this airport frequently. Complained at all authorities to no avail. Help prevent a food safety disaster @PMOIndia @AdaniOnline

@TRV_Airport_Off @birdlounges @KeralaCfs Thanks for the response. I have sent multiple emails to Bird Lounge since Middle of last year but with no credible response. The service and hygiene have gotten worse. I was served spoilt rice once. The next time it was cold food as the warmers were faulty.
