I had an amazing time recently teaching a session on Organizational Culture at XLRI Jamshedpur! Engaging with such enthusiastic MBA students was truly a fulfilling experience.

Around 80% of them had done some kind of volunteering work, and I was thrilled to learn that 5 of them had volunteered with Youth for Seva! Moments like these remind me why we do what we do—it’s about building a ripple effect of positive change.

𝗖𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 participated in an 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘-𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙-𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 activity, creating visual aids for students, with 130 participants joining in and sharing their positive experiences, supporting a great cause.
