Stop blaming yourself in hindsight, odds are you’re gonna do it again until it really f*cks you
Imagine this
Im on my bike going mach f*ck down the highway, the cops are trying to pull me over
I decide to run
I get away and i come to the conclusion that running was the right decision
However, that one time they manage to box me in, im gonna be in a whole different world of trouble compared to if i just pulled over
Same goes for you and your risk plan
Sure it feels exciting to revenge trade after you take a loss to try and make it back
I get it, but you have to outgrow that now
It will bite you HARD in the ass one day, im talking months of progress GONE in 1 day (im speaking from experience)
And it’s not only about the P&L, but the mental progress as well… you feel like you’re doing well but then you let that impulse decision take over ONE time (thats all it takes) and you take 100 steps backwards in a matter of hours
Recognize that voice and kill it before it makes you push that button.
