One of the most valuable things I’ve gained from building startups isn’t just experience, lessons, or even the wins. It’s the team. Over the years, a lot has changed – ideas, plans, markets, priorities. That’s part of the game. But one thing stayed with me through all of it: a strong group of people who know how to build, solve hard problems, move fast, and keep going when things get complicated. And honestly, that’s one of the things I’m most proud of. Not long ago, we decided to take that strength and turn it into something bigger – we officially joined forces as a development studio. We’re already working with projects and taking on product, design, infrastructure, and execution-heavy challenges of all kinds. Different scope, different complexity – we’re open to building, shipping, and helping teams move faster with the right technical support behind them. At the same time, I’ve also stepped into Strategic & Execution Advisor roles for a couple of projects. After years of building in the space, I’ve developed a strong instinct for execution, product direction, positioning, marketing, and what actually helps projects move forward in the real world – not just look good on paper. I’m genuinely glad I can now bring that experience into other teams and contribute from a wider angle. There are a few projects I’m already involved in that I’m really excited about, and I can’t wait to share more soon. Feels like a new chapter: building with great people, advising ambitious teams, and getting involved in things that have real potential. Two years as a founder. About two and a half since a note on my phone wouldn’t let me sleep. I’ve always chased new opportunities and the thrill of making things real. In my teens I took first swings in traditional business – real customers, margins, deadlines. That school taught me to trust execution over opinions and respect the scoreboard of reality. I didn’t know it would point me toward a world I couldn’t ignore. Then the rabbit hole opened: nights of charts, order books, on-chain dives. Web3 and trading didn’t feel like markets; they felt like culture, ownership, play. When it clicked, I knew I wasn’t passing through – I was home. I didn’t enter crypto through a game, but I wanted others to have an easier first step – a game. Lower the barrier. Make first contact easy. Keep curiosity alive. Ideas are cheap; the first step is expensive. I pulled a small crew, built the first loop, shipped tight, watched what people did, and cut what didn’t land. Early investors leaned in. We found rhythm and kept pushing. From there, belief compounded. My first Web3 project, @xyro_io, was incubated by @CoinMarketCap and backed by @AnimocaBrands. Partners like Chainlink, Alchemy, and Arbitrum joined; we integrated Binance Wallet. Telegram app passed 2M users, 750K+ wallets connected, and the platform crossed $8M in game volume with hundreds of thousands of matches. A 3M+ community formed – not spectators, co-players. That still blows my mind. Between the headlines came the hard parts: runway math and infra bills, calls without perfect data, 3 a.m. rewrites, market swings that didn’t care about our roadmap, legal reviews and DDs slower than our sprints, and the weight of telling the team, “we go again.” It isn’t easy. It’s responsibility at scale. What actually stuck with me is simple: speed opens doors but focus keeps you in the room; community is real capital; markets humble everyone – stay clear-headed. The honest line I owe myself: we tried a lot – new features and modes, incentive systems, distribution bets, on-chain UX simplifications, player-economy tweaks, even how we handled fees and risk – and we still didn’t hit true product-market fit. People loved parts of what we built; that everyday habit people can’t live without is still ahead. Admitting it doesn’t shrink the journey – it sharpens the next move. Where does that leave me? Still here, building. Prototyping, testing, and exploring at the edge of crypto x trading x gaming x AI to find what truly clicks. The experience has been colossal. I stepped into the unknown and came out with better judgment, sharper taste, stronger instincts. I’m proud of what we created – and grateful to everyone who carried it with me: our community, early believers, partners, and a team that showed up on hard days as much as on launch days. Building isn’t a straight line. It’s carrying weight others won’t, deciding with imperfect information, and moving when the ground shifts. If this resonates, stay close. I’m aiming for something useful and, eventually, inevitable. When it lands, you’ll feel it.
