We are happy to share our first update of the year being the purchase of a replacement #Audi #BAM engine. This is a newer model plus only has 70k on the clock. This turned out to be a much cheaper option than a full rebuild 👍

Just to let you know this profile will be quiet over the winter. We do have an engine rebuild and when that starts we will share the progress. Until then I'm switching to my @piers_storey account with a number of tech 🤓 projects being worked on 👍

@naturekicks As for now the interior is ticked it's a re-focus on the engineering. This will include extracting ECU telemetry and adding more sensors. Then hopefully we can get a better picture of where we need to focus on 👍

@naturekicks It was love thanks. Lots done on the camper interior, with sinks, cookers and side cabinet completed. Also 12/240v + solar all fitted. Unfortunately we had an engine overheat so we have some work over the winter to rebuild.. Re adventures lots of camping and surfing enjoyed xx

So the compression test is done and it's going to be head off and check pistons. Looks like we have some engine rebuilding over the winter..

@jamiemillington @SecretCampervan Also agreed, we redesigned the bulkheads and fitted swivel seats to the passenger and drivers seats. For a T2 it makes a huge difference to how we've been able to design our interior 👍
