@FirstBankngr I’ve been complaining about this issue for a long time and nothing has been done to resolve it. I’ve sent a mail and copied remita and equally sent a DM. All I need is my money.

it’s been over a month you promised to send me a transaction journal to prove that the said transactions I made on the 10th of March, 2023 were successful.
@FirstBankngr The screenshot is an evidence that prove that the success transaction was made at the bank which means the online transaction was not successful.
All I need is a refund of the failed online transactions.

So, if the online transactions were successful as you claim why was the payment Chanel not indicated as card payment, why FBN branch?

@FirstBankngr at one of your first bank branch in Delta state because the transaction needed an urgent attention with the hope that the first failed transaction will be reversed.
Sadly, you have refused to refund my money.

two successful transactions can’t be made on the same RRR.
What this means is that the transactions weren’t successful which made me made another transaction on 13/3/23
