@UberUKI_Support Awful experience with CS via the app. Made a food order at 18:50 and drivers kept cancelling for over an hour. Was told to wait until 20:35, in the end food arrived cold (because it was made at around 19:05) and I got a measly £2.35 refund... Can you help please?
