@marksandspencer Order placed on 4th for delivery by the 8th. Apparently with the Courier on 7th. Email received on the 9th to say it’s been delayed and have heard nothing since. Not the service expected from Marks and Spencer. Very disappointed.

@Hermesparcels my parcel has been out for delivery since yesterday and was due to be delivered between 14.00 and 16.00hours on Friday. No sign of parcel and no update! Extremely poor service.

@VeryHelpers Hi, I had a BEKO Fridge Freezer delivered yesterday, (should have been delivered last Wed), it has a small amount of damage on the inside of the door. Although this doesn’t affect use, for £300 I expect it to be faultless on arrival.

@ArrowXL_Help Delivery was due today of Fridge Freezer from Very, after waiting all afternoon I received a text at 17.31 stating unable to deliver as driver had no drive time! Asked to book a new convenient delivery and soonest was 5 days time! Not good enough

@DHLParcelUK I have just received an email stating nobody was home to deliver my parcel too. This is completely untrue as I have spent the last 2 days waiting. Livid is an understatement!

@DHLParcelUK parcel due for delivery yesterday, apparently delivery attempted, not true, van sped by. No calling card received. Contacted Customer services who said would get back to me, didn’t happen, facebooked messaged no response. Dreadful service.

@APCOvernight I paid £14.85 for an overnight delivery that should have arrived on Friday but didn’t turn up until Monday. No explanation at all. I emailed my complaint and have not received a reply. Not good customer service.

@TicketmasterCS Booked tickets for Grandpa’s Great Escape Wembley 28/12/19. Was emailed on 9th to say seats now changed & are better seats. Seating plan shows seats are worse not better. Emailed on 9th & no response. Very unhappy with seat changes. Please contact me to discuss.
