@WeAreOpenreach I have a few times and the date keeps getting put back, they say there is nothing they can do they are waiting for Openreach to connect the cable
@WeAreOpenreach serious question.. do you have anyone still working for you? Still no internet for about 1 hours work tops, it’s turning into a joke now
Praise where it’s due, @eon_next have been fantastic. Immediate replies to WhatsApp, lowered monthly direct debit straight away and also happily refunded large credit on account. A company working hard for its customers when needed 👍
