@AirCanada Your online flight change system has to be the most broken part of your entire website... Will happily let me change both legs of my journey, or either one as long as it's the same day, but if I try to change just one leg to a different day it immediately breaks.

@TTChelps the SafeTTC app really needs an option to report based on the coach number of a moving train. Just experienced a serious incident on board but couldn't report as I didn't know which station I was nearest, and it wasn't safe to go and check.

15 minute headways on main arterial route. Gets stuck in traffic entering Vaughan Mills. Sit 10 minutes there for reasons unclear. Wait another 10 minutes at VMC for a driver change. Do you really think this is good enough to get people out of their cars @YorkRegionGovt @YRTViva

@TTChelps Please can you advise the current actual journey time from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre to Union on Line 1, including the reduced speed zones along the route? Trying to plan but cannot find this information anywhere. Many thanks!

Short walk to VMC station. Have to wait 10+ minutes to cross every road, because crossings prioritize car traffic, not people. Miss train. Miss connecting train. Arrive hopelessly late for work. Another great day in the #walkable @City_of_Vaughan

@Torontounion have you ever actually tried to navigate Union Station using the wayfinding signage? Everything points to Platforms 20 & 21 but seemingly nowhere else, platform numbers appear to count up completely at random... Unless you're a regular it is completely impenetrable

@TTChelps Thank you for the explanation. It would be really helpful if the TTC could post updated and accurate journey times based on the speed limits - saying it "may take longer" by a factor of 0-200% just isn't enough for people to plan their essential travel

@TTChelps Some people do work weekends - holding at every single station for a "service adjustment" and travelling at walking-pace between stops is making me so late... What is up with Line 1 at the moment??

@TTChelps Southbound between Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, all the way into Downtown. I allowed over an hour for a 39 minute journey and I'm still going to be late!

@TTChelps why is the heating still on full on Line 1 trains in July? The AC is nice, but the heater by my ankles is still slowly roasting me on one side...
