@CooperativeBank Booking a holiday online, then pops up with verified by visa needed.. Password needs setting up! Call coop, 30 minute wait.. Same everytime we call coop.. Poor show.. And apparently it doesn't warrant an official complaint..

I've tried to call direct to you but I'm told I have to go through my broker. This past weekend was pencilled in as a moving date for all in the chain! Was promised an offer last Friday and then today.. Still nothing.
