Has Amazon India started to cheat?
Recd different product, the product page has clearly mentioned that it’s 10 days returnable. However Jahangir from customer care was not at all helpful and started talking in legal terms. Order number is 407-1680193-8873915

No response and it’s still not working. Is this really Digital India? The touts standing outside RTO tell that they will get the LL made despite this issue. How is that possible?

@cmohry Learners License process is struck. RTO says Red Cross Certificate is mandatory. Red Cross site is not accepting test fees due to some payment issue. The whole process is struck and public is suffering. Who is accountable?
