@etihad I made 2 flight reservations with a one night hotel stay in Abu Dhabi and due to a system issue with Etihad the hotel reservation does not exist. I called often asking for confirmation and was told I will get an email confirmation a couple days before I fly. Help please!

@ATT horrible service. We traded in 2 phones back in October and still have NOT received the credit. I have called each month and am told that the credit will be applied the following month and it never happens. Total scam. If this is not taken care of, I will take legal action.

@yogeshbpatel @FlySWISS @lufthansa @FlySWISS @Lufthansa 3 days!! Not acceptable and an agent with poor customer service! People are on vacation for 8-10 days and you lose their luggage; that’s a horrible experience. You need to send their luggage right away, you have the means to!

@AmazonHelp returned an item and am being charged for it. Submitted an incident ticket and your customer service is saying they haven’t received it even though I’ve received communication back. I was hung up on 3 times today. Can you help with resolving this issue?

@AmazonHelp Yes, it shows the item has been delivered and received. I was asked to submit an incident report which I did 4 times but the customer service folks are saying they don’t see it even though I receive emails back from the team saying they received it.
