@VodafoneUK I am facing a technical issue with home broadband for over 36 hours. Your support team on the phone has not been helpful. They say the issue is with 3rd line support, but are not giving me any updates, and missing the promised call back slots. Please can you escalate

@Pyronix Hi, over the last few days my HomeControl 2.0 app has been very slow and is often failing to connect to Pyronix cloud. Its been difficult to arm/disarm from the app. The fob is still working fine. Is thtere a problem on the PyronixCloud side?
@financialombuds got 3y fixed ISA with YBS @ 4.4% (tax yr 22-23) Under my 20K allowance,but YBS isn't allowing me to topup, as this deal is withdrawn. Can understand them closing it for new customers, but can they prevent existing customers from using up the full allowance? Fair?

@FirstEssex we haven't had a single C10 between 8:30 and 9:10 AM today. Finally the C10 arrives, but the driver gets off and takes a fag break. What sort of service is this?
@mattleeson@pauloedmondo@HeatmiserUK For me the app works if I connect via mobile data (EE 4G). But via BT Boradband, it won't load. There are reports on Twitter that there's a BT issue going on and people struggling to access various sites & services. Even Zoom isn't loading on BT for me

@pauloedmondo@HeatmiserUK No response. I did speak to their support by phone and they aren't aware of any issues (!!). They suggested that I reinstall my app. I didn't want to do that, and I clearly know the problem is their side, give other users are affected too. Mine briefly worked, but not loading now

@DelhiAirport Hi, I am travelling from London to Hyderabad, via Delhi with Air India. Upon arrival at Delhi airport, how long is it taking to get the RT PCR test result? I have about 6 hours for my Hyderabad flight. I am worried if that time is sufficient to get the result.
@autosport@F1@IndyCar After a crash (deliberate or not), how about extending the session, and letting only those drivers who were on hot laps (or those who had enought time to set a lap time) have one final go? That will take away the incentive of crashing to keep pole. Give them new tyres if needed.
@HeatmiserUK I have recently started using your Neohub and successfully paired all 11 of my Neostats. All working great.
Quick question: When clocks go forward and backward, will the Neohub correct the time displayed in the thremostats?
