@RiotPhlox please take a closer look at Taliyah and Hecarim. Taliyah has a very small player base that I believe are highly skilled at the champion and is probably only in line for soloqueue. Hecarim already feels incredibly oppressive as is and I wouldn't be surprised to see him at worlds.

@RiotSuperCakes Just wondering, is there a reason there are not more chromas for base skins? Zac and Lucian chromas are really popular and I love the models for some of the new champs and would definitely use chromas for them (Sett, Senna).
