Aped $REVM as a small gamble after digging into what they’re building.
And honestly… this might be one of the more interesting infra plays on Solana right now.
Most people don’t realize every Solana transaction takes a route through the network.
RPC sends it → validators receive it.
But nobody optimizes the path in between.
That’s the problem REVM is solving.
REVM is building an Ant Colony Optimization routing engine for Solana.
Meaning transactions automatically find the fastest path through the network.
Key things that caught my attention:
• Routing engine already live
• Open source (MIT licensed)
• Available on https://t.co/kXYY588QCg + npm
• Real dashboard pulling validator data
• Benchmarks showing up to 40x faster than standard RPC routing
The idea is simple:
Instead of every transaction taking the same path…
an adaptive network of “ants” finds the fastest route in real time.
And they’re already pushing updates fast:
v0.3.0 → released
v0.4.0 → multi-path routing (3 routes, first to land wins)
The engine itself is free and open source.
The token powers the hosted infra layer:
→ premium routing API
→ priority path computation
→ higher ant counts
→ dedicated routing nodes
→ early access features
Still extremely early.
But if Solana activity keeps scaling, transaction routing infrastructure becomes a real category.
That’s the bet.
