Advanced Premium/Discount Proximity is about understanding where SMT forms within the range, not just identifying the divergence.

The highest-probability setup occurs when the leading asset forms a failure swing in Premium or Equilibrium (EQ), ideally inside an FVG, while the lagging asset manipulates the range low.

This positional imbalance creates Spaced Out SMT, revealing relative strength between correlated markets and providing higher-quality reversal confirmation.

SMT isn’t just about divergence. Proximity within the range is what gives it context.
