The bill is still same and no action has been taken yet on the complaint .And why did the complaint got closed without any action.

In Vikalp Khand Gomti Nagar , electricity of houses 2/433, 2/457, 2/450 etc are cut while the entire colony is getting electricity. Dialed the complaint number but they cut my phone number. Please look into the matter ASAP
