I sat on hold for an hour and half until 6:58pm est when the representative told me a supervisor would call back in 1-2 minutes. The store I was at was closing at 7pm so I decided to drive to another store that had the phone in stock while I waited.

This was aggravating but not a big deal all the representative on the phone had to do was cancel the delivery and change it to express pickup since I was in the store already. The representative said he couldn’t and was talking to a supervisor

@511nji280 Any idea how many days the lane closure will last? It started 5/21/24 at 10pm-5am. Then again 5/22/24 at 10pm-6am. The ridiculous amount of traffic this causes at that time of night is absurd! 30 minutes added to my commute for work. Can’t find any info when it will end!!! 😡
