While Obama, Hillary, and Panetta were at Andrews AFB on September 14, 2012 putting on the dignified transfer show for our brothers…
The Annex team and DS team was still in Germany. We got left there on purpose so we couldn’t be at that ceremony.
When we landed at Ramstein, the USO was waiting on the tarmac. They knew we left everything behind in Benghazi, so they had clothes, shoes, socks, and toiletries set up for us.
The Tripoli Embassy people who had all their luggage and plenty of time to pack went through the line first. As we sat there just watching, they took every last damn thing. Socks, Underwear, Pants, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Mouthwash, all of it. Looked like flies hoarding on a fresh pile of shit. They couldn’t get to the stuff fast enough. Nothing left for the guys who still had blood on their boots.
As the whole team from Benghazi just sat there looking at these flies, the @The_USO team came up, talked to us, and asked if we were the guys from Benghazi. They left and came back with a couple hundred bucks each on a card so we could go buy clothes and toiletries the next morning, thank GOD!
We got debriefed again in Germany and asked if we wanted to talk to the FBI. We looked at each other this was a terrorist attack. The military should be handling it, not treating it like some criminal case.
We learned about the ceremony and had to watch that whole thing from Germany. Then once their ceremony was over, they came to us and said, “You can go home now… but you got to find and buy your own plane ticket back.”
We watched the whole “it was a video protest that turned into a riot” lie from Germany as well and knew every word of it was bullshit.
That’s what we were doing while they put on the show.
Never forget. Never stop telling the truth.

𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐱
We have people who say a man who, by his own admission, was suicidal, homicidal, suffered severe depression, and was diagnosed by a VA psychiatrist as an ultra-rapid cycling bipolar II patient, a man who claims he was forced to murder someone at age seven, required 123 visits to a trauma specialist, and has been on Depakote, Prozac, Zoloft, and Lithium, should be the next Governor of our great state.
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐱. 𝐎𝐫 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐱.
Because his real name isn't Victor Marx. According to Ballotpedia, his legal name is listed as "Vaughn Marx also known as Victor)." But it goes deeper than that. In November 2025, under pressure about his military service, Marx himself released his DD-214, the official military discharge document. The name on that form is not Victor Marx. It is not Vaughn Marx. It is Vaugh Victor Kennedy. His signature at the bottom of his own DD-214 reads Vaugh Victor Kennedy. He enlisted in the US Marine Corps as Kennedy. He served as Kennedy. He was discharged as Kennedy. Marx's explanation? He claims he "used the name Kennedy versus Marx to shield his public persona."
Think about that for a moment. He enlisted in the Marines as a teenager. He had no public persona. He had no ministry, no platform, no fame, nothing to shield. He was an 18-year-old kid joining the military. Kennedy was his name. It was always his name. "Victor Marx" is a character he invented later, borrowing the surname of his biological father Karl Marx, a man who by Victor's own account didn't even claim him at birth.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞.
Here's what you need to understand about Victor Marx: everything you know about him comes from Victor Marx. Every claim. Every rescue story. Every number. Every relationship. There is no independent person, no outside organization, no journalist, no government agency corroborating any of it. It all flows from one source: him.
𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞
His daughter, Brie-Anna Marx, accused him of abusing her for over 17 years, allegations corroborated by his biological son, Shiloh Marx, who publicly backed her account and called on All Things Possible Ministries to pay reparations. Marx dismissed his daughter's claims by blaming her bipolar disorder diagnosis, the same condition he himself carries.
In September 2025, the same month Charlie Kirk was assassinated, Marx was allegedly shot on his own property by Kenneth Breining. Marx publicly told the story but concealed a critical fact: Kenneth Breining is his brother-in-law, the brother of his wife, Eileen Breining Marx. He hid that family relationship untilNovember 2025, when he was caught omitting it. Breining later went on to brutally murder his girlfriend, Mary Moran, and is currently awaiting trial in Nevada County, California.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Let's be very clear about what actually happened. Charlie Kirk's American Comeback Tour had Colorado as its next scheduled stop. Kirk had planned to speak at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park on September 11 and Colorado State University in Fort Collins on September 18. Kirk was coming to Colorado to visit with Scott Bottoms , the already well-known, alreadyannounced Republican gubernatorial candidate and sitting state representative from Colorado Springs. Bottoms had announced his candidacy in January 2025, months before anyone had ever heard the name Victor Marx in Colorado politics.
Victor Marx did not appear on Colorado's political radar until September 10, 2025, the day Charlie Kirk was assassinated. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. It is the foundation of his entire campaign.
Marx claims he was Charlie Kirk's close friend and mentor. But there is nothing -- no interview, no social media post, no public statement from Charlie Kirk -- indicating Kirk sought out Marx as a mentor or considered him one. What exists is this: Marx spoke at a few Turning Point and Turning Point Faith events.
Yes, Charlie Kirk wrote the foreword to Marx's book, The Dangerous Gentleman. Since Charlie Kirk is dead, he cannot confirm or deny any of Marx's claims about their relationship, and Marx knows that. What we do know is that forewords are commonly paid arrangements in the publishing industry. Marx has built his entire political identity on a dead man's name, a relationship no living person can independently verify.
Within 24 hours of Kirk's assassination, Marx was teasing a gubernatorial run. Within 48 hours, he was plastering Kirk's name across his nascent campaign. Within days, he was physically alongside Erika Kirk, and on September 13 he posted a photo to X of himself consoling a tearful Erika, captioning it "This hug and holding her is from all of you." That image was immediately weaponized for his political launch.
Ask yourself how Victor Marx got access to Erika Kirk in the days after the assassination. The answer, according to Victor Marx, is his son. Victor claims that JM Marx, his 20-year-old son, had served as Charlie Kirk's personal assistant. Victor wrote on Facebook the day after the assassination: "As few know, he was Charlie's assistant for a season and spent so much time with Erika and their first baby girl."
But here's the thing. Charlie Kirk's actual, publicly known Chief of Staff was Mikey McCoy, who has 248,000 Instagram followers, was quoted by Axios about the TPUSA leadership transition, and appeared on The Charlie Kirk Show after the assassination.
McCoy is listed on the Turning Point USA staff page. JM Marx is not. JM Marx does not appear on any TPUSA webpage, any organizational chart, any news article, or any independent source, anywhere. The only evidence that JM Marx was ever Charlie Kirk's assistant is a Facebook post by Victor Marx, published the day after a dead man could no longer confirm or deny it.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐬 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞
Victor Marx also claims he served from 2001 to 2004 as "an assistant to Dr. James Dobson" at Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs. The only publication that even mentions Marx being "on staff" at Focus on the Family is Plugged In, a Focus on the Family media review site, and that mention appears in a 2020 promotional review of Marx's own documentary, The Victor Marx Story. The reviewer casually writes "Victor used to be on staff here at Focus on the Family" in the context of promoting his film. This is not an HR verification. This is not a formal confirmation. This is a movie reviewer repeating Marx-supplied biographical information in a favorable write-up of Marx's own documentary. Focus on the Family had over 1,000 employees.
Even if Marx was "on staff," that is not the same as "assistant to Dr. Dobson." The specific claim of being Dobson's personal assistant appears only in Marx-sourced biographies and fan sites copying his materials. Focus on the Family's own historical timeline does not mention Victor Marx. James Dobson's Wikipedia article does not mention him. No independent source confirms the "assistant to Dobson" framing.
Dobson died in August 2025, weeks before Marx launched his campaign, and can no longer confirm or deny it either. See the pattern? Victor Marx gets himself or a family member physically near a powerful figure. Then, after the fact, and critically, when that person is either too prominent to notice or too dead to object, he inflates that proximity into a deep, personal, mentoring relationship. "On staff at Focus on the Family" becomes "assistant to Dr. James Dobson." A kid who may have done some work around Turning Point becomes "Charlie's assistant who spent so much time with Erika and their first baby girl." Speaking at a few TP Faith events becomes "close friend and mentor." And the source for every single one of these claims is Victor Marx himself. No one else. Ever.
𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: One clarification worth noting: The Focus on the Family "on staff" claim has been further investigated. The only source for this is a Plugged In movie review promoting Marx's own documentary (Feb 2020). The reviewer casually states Marx "used to be on staff here at Focus on the Family" but this is not an HR verification or formal confirmation. It is Marx-supplied biographical information repeated in a favorable review of his own film. The specific claim of being "assistant to Dr. James Dobson" still appears nowhere outside of Marx-sourced materials.
This is not a man building relationships. This is a man building a resume out of other people's names, timing it so the people whose names he's using can never set the record straight. James Dobson died August 21, 2025. Charlie Kirk was assassinated September 10, 2025. Victor Marx launched his political career October 1, 2025. Both men whose names he rides into Colorado politics died within weeks of his emergence, and neither can say a word about it.
On September 14, Victor and Eileen Marx posted a produced video to Instagram of Eileen embracing Erika Kirk, captioned "The moment Erika Kirk sees Eileen Marx for the first time since Charlie went to heaven," set to Natalie Grant's 'Held'. Victor wrote underneath: "Sometimes the deepest ministry isn't in words; it's in presence." This wasn't grief. This was content. And it was posted four days after the assassination, the same day Marx spoke at the BRAVE Church vigil to soft-launch his campaign.
Marx used a September 14th memorial vigil for Kirk at BRAVE Church not to mourn, but to promote his book and soft-launch his campaign. At that vigil, he announced he would decide by October 1 whether to run. And here's something that should turn your stomach. To attend the BRAVE Church vigil, you had to register for free tickets that included a QR code, providing your email and phone number.
You'd assume that was for security; after all, a prominent conservative figure had just been assassinated. But when attendees arrived, there were no QR code scanners. No one was checking names. There was no security screening whatsoever.
So what was the registration actually for? People who signed up started getting spammed with texts and emails from the Victor Marx campaign. A memorial vigil for a murdered man, weaponized as a donor data harvesting operation for a gubernatorial campaign that hadn't even officially launched yet.
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐫𝐤'𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐀 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭
Multiple attendees have independently corroborated this. But it gets worse. The Marx campaign then sent out a message that appeared to be an endorsement from Pastor Jeff Schwarzentraub, BRAVE's senior pastor. When it was exposed, Pastor Jeff addressed his entire congregation, claiming it was an "error." But here's the thing: because he addressed the whole church and not just the memorial attendees, it became clear that BRAVE had handed over its entire congregational contact database to the Marx campaign, not just people who attended the Kirk vigil.
One former BRAVE member confirmed he received Marx campaign emails at an address he had only ever used to email the church's elders, a confidential church communication channel. BRAVE Church turned its congregation's private data into a political campaign's mailing list without consent.
And BRAVE Church itself is no stranger to questions about accountability. The church was originally a plant of Harvest Bible Chapel in Illinois, the megachurch run by James MacDonald, who was ousted in a massive scandal involving financial abuse, bullying, and elder board failures. BRAVE rebranded after that scandal.
Its senior pastor, Jeff Schwarzentraub, operates a personal nonprofit (originally "One Heartbeat Ministries," later renamed "Brave Media") that received approximately $863,000 from BRAVE Church's general fund in 2023 alone, roughly 5% of all donations, with the nonprofit's assets now exceeding $2 million.
The church refuses to release its bylaws, has removed all elder and staff names from its website, and its pastor has preached from the pulpit that criticizing a church or pastor is "evil." Former members, former staff, and even current attenders have publicly raised alarms about financial opacity, consolidation of power, mysterious staff departures, and a culture that silences dissent. This is the church that Victor Marx chose as his political launchpad.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 45,000 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦
Marx runs All Things Possible Ministries (ATP), which claims he has "physically rescued over 45,000 women and children from sex trafficking" in places like Iraq, Syria, and Cambodia. Let that number sink in. 45,000 human beings. That would make his ministry one of the largest anti-trafficking operations in world history, bigger than most government agencies. Yet no independent organization, no government body, no international humanitarian agency, and no investigative journalist has ever verified this number. It exists only because Victor Marx says it does. Like everything else about Victor Marx.
His ministry also launched "Skull Games," which sounds like something out of a movie and functions like one too. The Intercept investigated Skull Games and found it operates as a privatized intelligence operation: volunteers scroll through sex worker ad listings trying to identify trafficking victims, using sock-puppet social media accounts, commercial face-recognition software from surveillance firm Cobwebs, and cellphone-tracking data from data broker Anomaly Six.
Participants earn points based on their sleuthing; 15 points for finding a target's high school diploma, 300 points for matching tattoos across multiple women. It's gamified surveillance cosplaying as rescue work, with zero law enforcement accountability. And a 2022 report funded by the U.S. Department of Justice concluded that the visual indicators these operations rely on, emojis and acronyms in escort ads, were "statistically insignificant" as markers of actual trafficking.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧
Right now, the Epstein files are being released in droves, over 3 million pages from the Department of Justice, with countries around the world launching investigations. And what we are finding is that some of the most heinous acts committed against women and children were perpetrated by the very people who positioned themselves as their protectors. The powerful. The connected. The untouchable.
We already watched this play out with Tim Ballard and Operation Underground Railroad. Ballard made the same kind of claims Marx makes: heroic rescues, tens of thousands saved, a Hollywood movie made about him (Sound of Freedom). Ballard is now facing federal lawsuits under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act for sex trafficking, sexual assault, and grooming the very women he recruited for "rescue missions." Six women have sued him. His organization took in $50 million in a single year while former employees said actual rescue missions had stopped years ago. Law enforcement officials publicly called OUR's operations "performative stunts" designed to draw funding. Children OUR claimed to have rescued were sent to an orphanage in Haiti where they were raped and subjected to forced abortions.
The pattern of those who loudly claim to save children turning out to be the predators themselves is no longer a fringe theory. It is a documented, exposed reality unfolding in real time on the Justice Department's own website.
𝐇𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞. 𝐇𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. 𝐇𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐔𝐩.
Victor Marx has now skipped seven debates and candidate forums. He skipped the Denver Press Club Republican gubernatorial forum in October 2025. He skipped the January 2026 GOP candidate forum, citing a "scheduling conflict," despite being the most well-funded Republican in the race with $348,000 in reported contributions. He has dodged every opportunity to stand on stage with his opponents and defend his record, his claims, or his vision for Colorado.
When he does appear publicly, he takes only scripted questions. No pushback. No follow-ups. No accountability.
He has not completed Ballotpedia's Candidate Connection survey. He has no stated policy positions. He cannot answer policy questions in person. At his own campaign launch, he told his supporters: "I'm not here to make campaign promises." Instead, he pitched an "unseen war" against literal demons.
A man who won't debate. Who won't answer unscripted questions. Who has no policy platform. Who built his campaign off a dead man's name. Who claims 45,000 rescues with zero proof. Whose own children have accused him of abuse. Whose brother-in-law is a murderer he tried to hide from the public. Whose real name is Vaugh Victor Kennedy. And he wants to be Governor of Colorado.
𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Colorado deserves candidates whose stories can withstand scrutiny. Whose rescue numbers can be independently verified. Whose family relationships aren't concealed from the public. Who will stand on a debate stage and defend their vision for this state with unscripted, real questions from real people. Victor Marx won't do any of that. Ask yourself why.
