This little guy popped out to say hi after my activation of US-7804 Great Falls Park in Virginia

Not bad for a quick one to get DC in the activation log.

Amateur Radio is about being a practitioner who possesses a set of demonstrated skills. Here's a list of real radio activities that are surely more fun then you're club's "business meeting" and politics. https://t.co/tgrTONVrky

@WKTV I’m curious as well. Always hits north of us regardless the seasons…

@paramountplus is the biggest trash of a streaming platform for live sports. Mobile has a "fatal error", web is just a black screen. @ChampionsLeague would be way better off streaming on @X.

Sometimes you gotta risk it to get the biscuit.

@a1345959764 Frequency allocation is a delicate dance in any country. Enjoy the bands and privileges you’ve got while you got them.

What’s the best book you’ve read recently? Any genre.

Fascinating video about how radios used to work. Nice job Mike! https://t.co/D8SRrTcf3v

@KH6WI_Ham_Radio See you in Dayton!

One benefit of being a POTA activator is having an endless supply of lesser known spots to go watch the solar eclipse. #pota #hamradio

@AD6DM True evolution would involve nuke, pave and linux 🐧

Planning to visit Toronto for the first time. What are the must see / go / eats?

[Shaun W2QS @w2qs]

A little rain and dropping temperatures isn’t going to get in the way of #POTA. Thanks to all the hunters! #hamradio

Bob Heil left quite a legacy for us in Amateur Radio.

One gem he left was Transmit DSP settings for most radios in order to get the most out of the voice passband and so that others can hear you.

His instructions on how to set up most radios are here https://t.co/HoPql9KWa1

Turns out I got my first kilo on 2/29 and didn't even realize it! #POTAON
