You have to get used to it and try your best; maybe learn Chinese or something. Chinese are mostly introverts but can be warmed easily if you try. Most of my coworkers are Indians - I go out of my sorts to get closer. Don’t be a Korean that’s not going to work well. Remember it’s just a job so do your best and try to enjoy. You want to try the for profit company is merit based and let it do its thing. My old company went from 50%+ Chinese to 60%+ Indian when it stops being innovative and needed to change. And you have to understand both cultures to understand why and how.
