@PragueAirport Thankfully I built enough time in for myself, my flight is OK662 to Birmingham 14:30. Unfortunately from a customer perspective you teeet the airport, as not many customers will know the name of a contract baggage handler

@PragueAirport unacceptable time of 15 minutes waiting to send my oversized baggage (Golf clubs), as nobody was manning the desk! Asked numerous staff, to be answered with shrugging confused shoulders, and finally when a member of staff shows, not even an apology. #useless
