New long-term investment in a small-cap oil producer flying under the radar. Low cost producer, healthy balance sheet, big reserves and valued at only 4x EV/EBITDA (no LATAM assets...)

Everyone is calling for a correction until mid July and bounce into august then doom till October . As much as a correction seems overdue here ; the sentiment is almost 1:1 to Q422’ -Q123’
Interview with Howard Seidler in Market Wizards. Getting lucky at the beginning of your trading career is the most expensive thing. You think you know it all, while in reality you know nothing. It’s better to get punched hard early on with a small account. The earlier you get humbled, the better.
100% agreed. I wish I hadn’t gotten that lucky punch right at the start 12 years ago when I began trading. Easily cost me 2 more (unnecessary) years to become profitable.
Training with a mouthguard does more than simulate the physical constraint of fight night it also conditions the brain to manage the psychological anxiety of restricted airflow.
When a fighter is fatigued and a mouthguard restricts their airway, the brain’s survival mechanism triggers panic—leading to hyperventilation and a blown gas tank.
By forcing yourself to endure "air hunger" during hard roadwork or conditioning, you desensitize the central nervous system.
Come fight night, your brain recognizes the restriction as a normal state of exertion rather than a crisis, keeping your heart rate stable and your mind calm.
Nasal Breathing + The Nitric Oxide (NO) Engine
Forcing nasal breathing while the mouthguard is in forces your respiratory system to leverage the nasal cavity, which acts as a powerful biochemical catalyst.
Nitric oxide is continuously synthesized in the paranasal sinuses. When you breathe through your nose, you carry this potent vasodilator directly into the lungs.
NO relaxes the smooth muscles of your blood vessels, causing them to widen (vasodilation). This increases blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and significantly improves oxygen transport to working muscles.
The BOHR effect - Nasal breathing naturally increases arterial carbon dioxide (CO_2) levels. Higher CO_2 alters the affinity of hemoglobin for oxygen, triggering the Bohr Effect—where oxygen is more readily released from red blood cells into your fatigued muscles and brain, rather than just floating through the bloodstream unused.
Aerobic Capacity & Mechanical Efficiency
It is mechanically difficult to chest-breathe while strictly nasal breathing. It forces deep, diaphragmatic breathing, which engages the lower lobes of the lungs where the richest blood supply (and best oxygen exchange) resides.
Limiting the rate of air intake acts like altitude training for your respiratory muscles (like the intercostals and diaphragm), forcing them to work harder and adapt.
Over time, your baseline aerobic capacity expands, allowing you to sustain a higher pace before crossing your anaerobic threshold.
The Bottom Line is you are forcing your body to become highly efficient with less air while maximizing the chemical delivery of the air you do take in.
$VIX UPD
-80D cycle low is due here late May (top panel)
-Note stocks up-vix up regime with low PCR: unstable regime which often happens into blow off top local peaks
-As I am looking for a very late 4Y cycle peak in SPX to form in May-June, a move higher in VIX would signal a peak in stock and significant decline into late July cycle low in stocks
-Bottom panel is 40D cycle in VIX (2:1 harmonic vs 80D cycle)
all those testosterone boosters are really a waste of time and money
like hans says, endotoxins leaking from the gut attack the cells which produce testosterone.
not only that, an imbalanced microbiome doesn’t excrete estrogen like it should.
by:
1. sealing the gut barrier
2. lowering systemic inflammation
3. balancing out the microbiome
4. supporting leydig cells
you bring hormones back to normal
it all starts in the gut
highest roi interventions for acne

- 2x daily bowel movements, daily sweat with binder away from meals
- zero gluten or alcohol for 30 days

@TheUltimator5 Burry repeating exactly what Burry was doing in 2019&2020. *allegedly*
Loaning his shares to short-sellers again. *allegedly*
Selling early and incorrectly again.
It is a re-quel after all.
Burry the Rat had to be Burry the Rat again.

Oil above $100 and $XLE selling off 1.3% on the same day.
That's not an energy bull market. That's the equity side pricing demand destruction while crude prices supply risk.
Gold down too. So this isn't fear. It's an inflation impulse with no growth behind it.
The 30Y at 4.97% confirms the trap. The Fed can't cut into $100 oil. And they can't tighten into auto sales rolling over at 15.9M.
I think SPY fades toward 710 this week as this divergence widens and Friday's jobs number lands into the mess.
When the commodity and the equity are telling opposite stories, the equity is usually right. And the equity is saying stagflation.
What's your read on the oil vs energy stock split?
3) The 3.5Y cycle is getting quite extended. The average of the 8 previous cycles is in blue with a low falling into October. We can expect a significant give back into 3.5Y cycle low given the size of the rally and deviation from LT MAs. Historical examples suggest a top should complete next few weeks:
2) SOX is 125% above 200WMA. The only time it went higher was during Dotcom: starting Jan 2000 index almost doubled next 2 more months with final deviation of 272% above 200 WMA
-It was then followed by 87% drop over ~8.5 years and it took ~18 years to get back to ATH
-Note the channel overthrow - either it is indeed blow off top continuation or headfake that gets back to the bottom of the channel towards 200 WMA:
$SOX Semis UPD Thread:
1) Blow off top in progress - question is where does it end?
-I find calling tops before we see rollover pointless, we are simply looking for conditions for a top and RR for any future trades
-Our best matching cycle from Jan 1 analysis was 94-98 which has come to a spot where that cycle started putting a 2 month distribution top followed by 12 month correction (see updated price and close up view)
-Current 3.5Y cycle is already extremely long; I think topping and correction phases will be more compressed and bottom ~Q4.
$XLE is showing a constructive bounce, while most people still don't realize the magnitude of the coming cycle! We experienced years of structural underinvestments, have historic energy disruptions and see an AI buildout that is soon running straight into a hard #energy constraint. Energy will be the bottleneck of the economy!
Jason Derulo gave N3on his SLEEP TIPS and shared what to eat before bed to keep your INSULIN and CORTISOL low 👀 💤
"Hot water, ginger and lemon. Kiwis and walnuts at night."
"Glazed? No. Every time you eat sugar your insulin shoots up."
"So it's gonna be hard to sleep."
