Reminder: Meditation doesn’t have to be anything heavy, ritualized or dogmatic. Just a quiet moment, a few good breaths, and you’ve meditated.
The only real key is that you do it, and do it every day.
How about now?
This exercise has the potential to do two things: 1) Help you focus your development on things that will get results, and 2) help you align your work and development to your own unique goals and abilities.
Feedback greatly appreciated.
Feel stuck in your career?
Here’s an exercise:
Make a matrix of skills, capabilities and goals against yourself, your company, and your clients.
Ie, what skills do you use/need for your company, what capabilities do you use/need that benefit your clients?
Then focus on those gaps that bother you. Is there a capability your company needs you to have that you feel may be beyond you? Don’t ignore these just because they bother you- rather, break them down a bit a see if there are pieces you can work on.
I am very much enjoying the @PlayMaloka_ meditations. The time passes surprisingly quickly, the rewards keep me coming back and I love that I’ve found a simple way to keep meditation in my daily routine.

Naftali Bennett says he’ll “stand up to the US”…meanwhile the US sends Israel billions in military aid every year ($3.8B in 2019 and somewhere around $150B since 1985).
Just so we’re clear, those are tax dollars collected from Americans- and mainly poor Americans.
We have a new administration. When Trump met with Putin alone for more than two hours at Helsinki (and emerged visibly shaken), he destroyed all of the interpreter's notes. It is incumbent that this interpreter be interviewed about what was said during this meeting.
