Getting through to #KQ call centre is a nightmare. You can hold on for as much as 30 minutes while waiting to be connected..and when you are finally connected, you are promised that you that they will return your call..and it never happens. Where to get help? #KQhelp

What a horrible experience with Kenya Airways and , of course, Kenya itself which introduced a new (paid) visa regime for all arrivals. Chaotic airline that caused last minute flight changes and delays across the region and beyond; not to mention incompetence at the transfer desks in Nairobi.

KQ521 Dakar-Abidjan-Nairobi cancelled yesterday, and passengers told to go to the airport today in Abidjan and there is no flight. What's happening #KQ? Please adequately communicate with passengers, it's important. And clearly articulate compensation arrangements. #KQ #KQdelays

The call centre service is dead...maybe disabled because they don't have answers to our queries.. and they even have the audacity of disconnecting a no functional service in the event of delayed payments... any service providers out the to rescue us please @Safaricom_Care etc

@TrevorNcube And why is Gov paying for their quarantine? In Kenya, you are quarantined at your own cost. Take them to a hotel at their own cost, so long the hotel is converted into a quarantine facility with all the protocols. Looks like our Gov is very reach......
