Meet Pervez Siddiqui, a Pakistani and the president of an adult day care in NYC. He was just arrested and charged for allegedly carrying out a $38 MILLION Medicaid scam.

Siddiqui allegedly faked sign-ups in order to receive kickbacks through Medicaid payments.

They let him plead it down to voluntary manslaughter.

They gave him "First Offender" status, meaning he wasn't even formally convicted.

He was ordered to serve just ELEVEN MONTHS behind bars and 19 years on probation.

Then, this February, he violated that probation. He skipped reporting. He failed a drug test. He blew off his anger management course. He didn't comply with the program.

They held him for 60 DAYS... AND THEN LET HIM GO!!!

...and then he used his probation to fire about a DOZEN shots through a bedroom window, into a home where 23-year-old Shakiya Pridgen was asleep in bed with her two babies.

She was hit.

So was her unborn son.

Shakiya was two weeks from giving birth.

She'd already had the baby shower.
She'd named him Kyren.

They are both gone.

Her two other children, ages 1 and 3, were in the bed beside her and they watched their mother pass away.

Shakiya's own mother said: "He got a second chance. Shakiya doesn't get a second chance. He should have never been let out."

Name the prosecutors. Name the judge. Name everyone who signed off on letting this man walk.

And - a few dozen, or even a few hundred, homeless people being paid off isn’t a smoking gun.

A smoking gun would look like this:

1. Tens of thousands of fraudulent ballots

2. All postmarked by Election Day - June 2 (or with a corrupt Post Office cooperating on backdated postmarks)

3. All making it past signature verification and other safeguards

Yes California needs Voter ID.

It still has other safeguards. They just aren’t as intuitive.

4. All those fraudulent votes showing up in late batches instead of on Election Day
5. The overwhelming majority going to Raman, not Bass

Some of the homeless people in the video said they were paid to vote for Bass. Bass already had a comfortable lead.

Fraudulent Bass votes don’t change the outcome.

The runoff was about who finishes second.

6. All coordinated by people who chose to give Pratt a week of celebration before reversing the result

That’s what needs to be proven.

All complex systems have a degree of fraud.

There has probably always been some degree of fraud in elections.

This video is indication of some degree of fraud.

It’s not strong evidence of fraud at an election-swinging magnitude.

Everything is so true but it’s actually worse than he’s describing. Blacks actually get a 450 point advantage on SAT scores which is INSANE
