@virginmedia It costs more to use our data than the compensation you are providing. We want stable inner city internet connections (that don't suffer outages for 5 days) or an alternative providers so we have a choice to switch out of the current contracts we are in. @BBCWatchdog

Wonder how @ManCityCouncil & @AndyBurnhamGM feel about central Manchester not having basic internet services for days on end. @virginmedia can't keep a stable connection going in the M4 region. Monopoly contracts signed with #Lovell builders means no alternative for consumers.

@virginmedia Issue will be fixed in 5 days. Technicians can't be booked as it's a problem in the M4 postcode area, not a specific household.

@bt_uk @SkyUK there is entire streets that are locked out from being able to switch to you due to @virginmedia @virgin running a monopoly on the lines. @BBCWatchdog surely there has to fair competition for fibre providers for the consumer?
