Burkina Faso 37yr old Military president Captain Ibrahim Traore has officially REFUSED traveling out of his country to any other country for health issues. Not even to Russia. He just made it clear himself that if he still have to travel out for medical purposes, then it only means hospitals in Burkina Faso are not good enough.

Traore is currently modernizing all hospitals in his nation and providing them with advanced tools. Thousands of doctors are currently being trained and infrastructures constructed massively
