@AliAbdaal How to minimize time for each video
Consistency is my main goal in the beginning, I don't have the time it takes me to make a good video, what can I do to cut it down?
Do I make "filler" videos to keep the consistency or is it better to reduce frequency?
@brandontoner This is a very interesting question
Technically, by going to bed late you are already messing up your sleep, probably a good idea to at least get enough
Also you can compromise on your morning routine, keep most of your habits but reduce them
(es 10min meditation becomes 5min)
@yomartholomew@TomFrankly I'd probably have to start checking in the morning
Or maybe move them to my daily todos the night before, when needed, just for the reminder
It's just really annoying having to use software for this one thing when most of my task managing happens in a notebook
Did anyone manage to adapt @TomFrankly's "Martin System" for non-daily habits?
I always end up forgetting any weekly/monthly habits with it.
I find it to be the best system I've ever tried for dailies, but I've failed to use it for anything else.
@yomartholomew@TomFrankly I should probably get used to look at the habits page on a daily basis as you said.
Right now I just check them at night, so it works for tracking but I don't have any type of reminder.
@TomFrankly@yomartholomew Thanks for the tip! I'll see if I can get it to work that way.
Otherwise, I'll stick with what I'm doing now of adjusting my habits so I can manage to do them daily

5/5
Extras:
- Calendar view + easy/medium/hard tags -> make your very own SRS!
- Linked databases -> lectures database + topic database; first one to follow lectures, second one for individual studying
@brandontoner What do you exactly mean by "save"?
I usually just use Pocket (to read inbox) or Notion (to review inbox)
If I wanna take notes on it, which I do in Obsidian, then I just open the link from Notion and will copy-paste the diagram if I want it in my notes.
Am I missing something?
@DavidCrandall_W I save tweets straight to pocket.
Yeah bookmarks are a quicker but I know I'll never get to review something unless I feed it directly into my system
