@SportsDirect_CS So I'm now being charged more for an order that I placed 2 weeks ago that actually contains less than original order due to lack of stock(understandable after making me wait 2 weeks to tell me you'd lost my order) are you really going to charge me ยฃ12.99 for next day delivery?
@SportsDirect_CS how is it possible to still advertise your stuff for next day delivery? when I am being told this is not possible for me after you have lost my order from 2 weeks ago that was supposed to be next day delivery. This is after making me wait 10 days.
@SportsDirect_CS just been sent a ladies football shirt that was not correctly advertised as a ladies shirt that was intended for a male and I'm being told by your online chat I will need to pay the postage costs myself to return the item for a refund. Is this correct?
@SportsDirect_CS 5 wrong orders out of 6. WOW. The latest being a replacement item that was the wrong size. Told it would be checked before sending but clearly not. Absolutely sick of wasting hours on here and chat trying to get what I was actually sold!!!!! DM sent.
@SportsDirect_CS placed order for full football kit for my daughter. Few days later you cancel the shorts and socks so I reorder them. 2 days later they arrive. 3 weeks later no top. Now told its been lost and out of stock and I have to keep the shorts and socks. WOW
@SportsDirect_CS my order is now 4 days late and I'm not getting any real help from the online support pages. I have sent about 5 emails and not got a real response. I would like to raise a complaint. Part of my order was cancelled saying out of stock and yet still being sold.
