Am oppressor caste person now reading Dr. Ambedkar, and want to support BSP, VBA and ASP..Prefer to be right than polite. Ideals: Equality, Fraternity, Justice.
Atrocity that we are committing on our fellow citizens every single day. Forcing them to manual scavenging and sewer cleaning. BECAUSE THEY ARE DALITS.
Definitions are changed, such that no death will be recorded on account of this inhuman practice.

🚨Manusmriti lover Ms @GaurieD has been lectured by former Finance secretary of Modi government Mr. SC Garg
He has demolished the fake GDP number of Q1 2026 🔥🔥
Subhash Chandra Garg, Former Finance Secretary didn’t just call out #GodiMedia, he exposed the bigger problem- running away from facts in the name of avoiding 'politics'
When told not to politicise the issue, his answer was simple... get into the politics, because honest data is the starting point for real reform.
#IndianEconomy
Saw a lot of punditry about how retail and wholesale inflation cannot be used to cross-check GDP estimates.
That is peak imbecility.
The government explicitly says it does exactly that.

𝟕.𝟖% 𝐆𝐃𝐏 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚, 𝟐.𝟔% 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
Former Finance Secretary in the Modi Govt, Subhash Chandra Garg, has exposed how the Modi government has fudged GDP figures.
As per Garg, the government deliberately revised last year's GDP numbers downward to artificially inflate this year's growth rate. If the figures had not been fudged, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐃𝐏 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝟐.𝟔%, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝟕.𝟖%.
This isn't speculation. The Modi government's own fudged data is exposing the government's lie.
Garg's warning says it all:
"Recognise the reality of the Indian economic situation that 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡."
While the Modi government is celebrating fudged figures of 7.8%, it is hiding the real economic distress of the country.
MASSIVE EXPOSE 🤯
Economist & Former Finance Secy Subhash Chandra Garg revealed that actual GDP growth rate is 2.6%, NOT 7.8%
He exposed Modi Govt based on its own data, not speculations.
Watch how shamelessly NDTV anchor tried to shut him down, but he didn’t stop.
Adani TV anchor invited to former Finance Secretary Subash Chandra Garg to comment on GDP figures.
He punctured the GDP figures. The growth look 7.8% because the Govt revised down last years growth significantly.
Last year same quarters GDP was ₹86 Trillion according to Govt and this years is ₹88 trillion. If we you go by this, then the growth is around 2.6%.
But the Govt revised down last year GDP to ₹80 Trillion. This makes ₹88 Trillion looks like 7.8% growth.
The anchor was clearly rattled and trying to deflect him away from further tearing down the figures. She realised the terrible mistake she made which might cost her job.
Mr. Garg was kind enough to not ask the question, what if Govt revised down this years ₹88 trillion to ₹81 trillion next year? Or may be Anchor was kind enough to not give him time to ask this.
So cat is out of the bag. The actual figure of growth is less than 2.6%
Subhash Garg has punctured the government’s tall claims of 7.8% GDP growth, arguing that India’s real GDP growth is closer to 2.6%.
His contention is even more damning: the previous year’s GDP growth was revised downward, making this year’s growth rate look stronger by comparison.
His assessment seems far closer to the lived reality of ordinary Indians — rising prices, falling purchasing power, shrinking disposable incomes and savings, stagnant job opportunities, and rising household debt.
These claims cannot simply be dismissed. They come from someone who served as Finance and Economic Affairs Secretary of the Government of India under Modi between 2017 and 2019.
The government now owes the country a clear explanation:
Why were last year’s GDP numbers revised downward? Why is it fudging numbers? What is the real GDP growth?
I am surprised to see how much Subhash Garg former Finance Secretary was belittled by an anchor who did not have the gravitas to understand what he was saying - repeatedly. If he is wrong his argument needed to be met with an equally strong rebuttal from someone with domain knowledge.
Shouting him down was annoying when one genuinely wanted the correct picture - both ways.
Taking on SG needed competence. Certainly not belligerence.

Actual GDP growth is 2.6% (current prices) the higher numbers are because they revised last year’s numbers downwards:
