You don’t have to go through life hiding, pretending, feeling bad about yourself. God knows what you’re dealing with. He sees the tears behind the smile, the strength beneath the weight, the courage despite the fear. That’s not how your story ends. Healing is coming.
It’s hard to imagine many people having a bigger impact than Dolly Parton. Born in a one-room cabin, she earned 11 Grammys and an Emmy, built a business empire, helped millions of kids learn to read, and — as if that wasn’t enough — helped accelerate the research that led to the Moderna COVID vaccine. What a life. Michelle and I are thinking of Dolly’s family and her many, many fans.
Instead of using that energy trying to understand what’s happening, use it to thank God that He’s working. Thank Him that He’s making your crooked places straight; thank Him that He’s fighting your battles; thank Him that you’re surrounded with His favor.
Kobe was a legend on the court and just getting started in what would have been just as meaningful a second act. To lose Gianna is even more heartbreaking to us as parents. Michelle and I send love and prayers to Vanessa and the entire Bryant family on an unthinkable day.
God is going before you right now: making crooked places straight, moving the wrong people out of the way, lining up the right people, arranging things in your favor.
Every blessing, every healing, every breakthrough was not just designed for you; it was designed to strengthen others. If you’ll tell what God has done, speak life and healing, share your skills, talents, resources, then there’s no limit to how high God will take you.
27 years ago, this guy promised me a life full of adventure. I’d say he’s delivered. Here’s to our next chapter of becoming empty nesters and discovering what’s next—while still feeling the magic that brought us together all those years ago. Happy anniversary, Barack.
Get this down in your spirit: you’re not going to look like what you’ve been through. You’re going to look like who you are: blessed, prosperous, talented, successful, healthy, whole, victorious.
The arm of the Lord is not too short to deliver you, to provide for you, to vindicate you, to promote you. You’re about to see God take you where you couldn’t go on your own.
You don’t have to answer your critics, try to prove to people who you are. Keep running your race, honoring God. He’s going to show out in your life in such a way that your critics can’t deny the favor on you.
God is still in control. Quit reliving mistakes you’ve made. Trust God with your successes and your failures. Be inspired by this new message from Joel. Get it here: https://t.co/spV2a4HmrT
God’s ways are not our ways. But if you’ll stay in faith, that storm won’t set you back; it will propel you forward. When it’s all said and done, you’ll be at a new level of your destiny.
We have to learn to trust God and become comfortable with unanswered questions. You and I may never have every answer, so we need to relax and trust God, the One Who does know. Without trust, it is impossible to enjoy today and be ready to face tomorrow with expectancy! #TrustGod
