Hey @SouthwestAir I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to figure out why my son is on standby for his early morning flight TOMORROW. Not sure if he’ll have a seat and be able to check luggage since he can’t check his baggage digitally.

Hey @rpi & @RPIAthletics… can we modernize the ticketing system for @RPI_Hockey tix before/as we modernize the Field House? I had to call the box office to get alumni tickets to the Freakout rather than purchase online. Kind of a pain, especially if you want to pick your seats!

Hey @KingsIslandPR … we’re having an okay visit today, but not a great one like usual. Some constructive feedback: app wait times for the coasters all have significantly underestimated the actual wait times for each of our rides. (Except the walk-on Racer rides at 10:30 am.)

I’d been booking my kid’s trips home from college only on @SouthwestAir. I guess that’s gonna change. Yet another airline that seems to be going out of its way to make flying a miserable experience. Hey… maybe that can be their new catch phrase: “We take the fun out of flying!”
