Das BMI hat zum Bund-Länder-Treffen einen Sachstandsbericht zum Prüfauftrag vorgelegt, der deutlich zeigt, dass die Mehrheit der Sachverständigen einer Auslagerung von Asylverfahren sehr kritisch sieht. Auch PRO ASYL hat eine Stellungnahme eingereicht.
