To forbid #Balto to kick Steele's ass and to keep Steele alive are the worst things. #Steele is extremely dangerous and nearly successful mass murderer, dogs and especially humans don't know it. Steele escaped any punishment and can put Balto and his family in grave danger again.

Even if #Balto "didn't want to fight", he had to dodge all Steele's attacks, preventing his attempts of murder. When #Steele attacked the medicine crate, Balto had to brutally kick Steele's ass immediately, this box's what'll save the lifes of Rosie (Balto's friend) and the kids.

Even before the idiotic antitoxine "fight" scene #Steele made attempts to murder #Balto. In Rosie's hat scene he tries to bite Balto's head/neck/face. While here he forces Balto to growl near many humans, which could shoot him after this as a dangerous and aggressive wild animal

It'd be so much better, if sequel made #Nava to be Balto's dad. Very similar design of #Balto and Nava, their weird compassion toward their tormentors, #Aleu's bond with Nava, her superpowers, and also faithfulness to the canon of first film with the father as Balto's wolf side.

In sequel #Balto never calls #Aniu as "mom", only "she" or "wolf", when she's the only being who was with him as a pup; while he calls as "dad" an unknown deadbeat mutt, who randomly mated with her. Balto literally hates and blames her for being wolf and marks wolves as inferior.

In 1st film Balto told you don't need high origin to help someone. In sequel #Balto marks dogs as superior, hates his wolf side (mom's kind) and is envious toward #Aleu that her mother is proud purebred husky. Another reason, why mother as Balto's wolf side is bad idea of sequel.

The sequel made #Balto's mom as his wolf side, and it's the biggest and worst mistake that broke everything. If his mom's a wolf, then Balto'd never be ashamed of his wolf side, he'd be proud and consider himself as wolf, living in wolf pack happily and disliking humans and dogs.

According to the sequel and its crew, #Balto knew and lived with only his wolf-mom he was fond about, he never had a father. So... how and why on Earth Balto'd think his dad is dog and hence he's a wolfdog, not wolf? How and why humans thought Balto's a wolfdog instead of a wolf?

It's amusing in bad way how in the sequel #Balto refuses to help the wolf pack, which accepts him as their kind, and at the same time he helps and craves to be accepted by cruel and hypocritical humans and dogs, which always alienated, rejected, mocked and bullied him.

If #Aniu allegedly was the White Wolf from the original film and Balto's mother that helped him to find and accept his true (wolf) self, then she literally failed her duty, 'cause in the sequel #Balto again is ashamed of his wolf side for unexplained, forced and impossible reason

All his life #Balto didn't know the name of his wolf-mother. #Aniu literally erased any chances for Balto to find her. This ancient deity (with no scent) never gave a name to him, never told her name to him. As if she hated him and refused to accept him as her son, abandoning him

#Aleu has absolutely impossible and forced conflict. She's literally the daughter and the copy of the wolfdog-hero, who saved kids of Nome. Aleu should and would be adopted first, before her siblings, or she'd stay in Rosie's family with Jenna and #Balto and live happy life.

There's no need in #Balto or #Aleu. #Nava could simply ask orcas to help him and his pack to cross the ocean, just sitting on them. Like, Nava can communicate with orcas and other animals. Zero sense in waiting ice bridge or any "chosen one wolf" leader from #Aniu's prophecy.

Balto was clearly the name, given to him by humans. Wolves had Inuit-like names. #Aniu always refers to #Balto as "My son", pretty cold and indifferent, like a deity to a mortal. So... she even never gave a name to her unwanted son and now refuses to acknowledge his current name.

#Aniu is ancient deity, she easily makes tricks #Nava did. If allegedly hunters're the reason that led to how #Balto accidentally got lost, she could lead humans away from her pup and then reunite with Balto and take him to safer place. Their guns're deadly for Balto, not for her

In Balto-1 wild animals had own languages, #Balto speaks only in dog language and never howls, i.e. his mom is dog. In Balto-2, if Balto's mom was wolf, Balto'd speak only in wolf and goose languages, extremely struggling with dog language and hence being mocked by dogs for this.

The first film never shows Rosie's house. In the sequel it is among other houses, in the third film it's at the end of the town, apparently near ocean. Since the first and the third films had the same scriptwriters, most likely it is the closer depiction, not the one from Balto-2
