@MrChrisHutch@gjbrandon That is some comfort. Fingers crossed something is being worked on - the quickest win would seem to be how they unlock cash from the c£7m tied up in AR. Surely some early settlement discounts could be agreed - even if we offered discounts of £2m it would get us over the line
#dvrg@gjbrandon Gerry - I appreciate you can’t probably say much at the min but anything you can do to give PI some reassurance would be so appreciated. There’s a lot of us with a lot of life savings tied up here that have put our trust in the company and you as the figurehead
@johndavid1958@Canny000Canny@skintrustclub Borrowed only c£4m (remainder not drawn down) to fund yoy triple digit growth. There has been no profit warning (you know that) - merely that revenues may be closer to £18m not £24m. Co were b/e EBITDA at £10m so at £18-20m will be healthy EBITDA +ve despite any cost headwinds
@Canny000Canny@johndavid1958@skintrustclub John - genuine question. If you have such little faith - why don’t you sell up and invest in a company which you believe in which you think has a better chance of making the same 50% return?
@Markhut13704084 One further point to add - so much value not currently being attributed to the large (and growing) database (for both water and skin). Were the analysts to view #DVRG as a tech co (rather than a pure env. play) then surely any revenue/mcap valuation would be higher than c1.5x ..
A lot of undervalued small caps but #DVRG has to be one of the picks - growing water division in an in-demand market with large #moat, in parallel with rich #AI#data and blue chip customers in skincare division. Not many co’s with triple digit growth, EBITDA +ve and cashed up ✅
@CruxInvestor have you tried to get Deepverge Plc #DVRG on recently ? Would be an interesting discussion around the water div. (the co also has a skin div. doing well atm) but particularly in focus given the current global #watershortage and #wastewater issues. @gjbrandon
@japers_1984@johndavid1958@gjbrandon@DeepVerge Overheads go up because revenues go up (the semi-variable costs anyway). But EBITDA will be positive this year and revenues at an ATH with yoy triple digit growth. What’s not to like
@TankersTmoney@prettydamocles@ValoreMetals Very helpful, thank you! Just to check - is there a limit in the number of holdings the ETF (eg URNM) can have - ie would another co have to drop out before vo could come in? Or as long as it meets the mcap threshold it’s eligible?
