• Dwell on the time you wasted in the past
• Think about the many ways you could fail
• Obsess over the possible outcomes
Instead, just focus on your effort today, at this very moment.
The rest will take care of itself.
Yet one of the two is OTC and the other requires a blessing from a nephrologist to prescribe to a patient with a history of anything resembling kidneyopathy
