Yet, I neither seek to explore the Person of God nor expose His nature herein; that, I cannot do (o ju ogbon ori mi lo). My goal in this article is to explore and explain nature in relation to human existential living; particularly, man’s day-to-day expe https://t.co/WX2DdgGbW2

Poland just became a $1 trillion economy without open borders, without giving up religion, and without tearing down its traditions.
What did Poland do that the West won’t? (a thread) 🧵👇
Because beauty still matters.
And Poland proves it.
If you found this thread useful, share it with others and let us do what we can to spread this message and make our nations great again. 🧵🔚
So, the next time someone says a country must “modernize” to survive,
Ask them this:
If Poland did all this without giving up who it is, even building medieval castles, why can’t anyone else?
@bethecreed@GavinSauer Byzantine here, thanks for trying to educate this guy. I'm sure he has no idea that there are 24 ancient churches that came under the Catholic church in unification and under one apostolic succession.
As an atheist, I dismissed everything about Christianity as nonsense.
But since becoming a Christian, I’m constantly amazed at how wise its teachings are.
How did I miss this?
Here are 𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 lessons Christianity teaches that can change your life🧵
Lord have mercy...
Christ have mercy on us...
Lord have mercy on us...
Christ hear us...
God the Father of heaven...
God the Son Redeemer of the world...
God the Holy Spirit...
Holy Trinity One God...
Holy Mary...
Hail Mary, Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of death.
Amen
Today is the feast day of St. Rita of Cascia, born in Italy and aspired to become a nun, but was married off to Paolo Mancini, a cruel man with a violent temper. He mistreated her verbally and physically, and had many enemies due to his pursuits of other women. Rita’s influence eventually led him to renounce a family feud, but he was later betrayed and killed by one of his allies.
After Paolo’s death, Rita pardoned his murderers publicly. However, his brother Bernardo encouraged her sons to join the feud, and they became like their father before she married him.
Despite Rita’s attempts to stop them, her sons were determined to seek revenge. Rita prayed for God to take her sons before they committed murder, and they died from dysentery a year later.
After the deaths of her husband and sons, she sought to join the convent, but was initially rejected due to her widowhood. Eventually, she was admitted and became known for her devoutness and benevolence.
During a prayer in front of the cross, she experienced a partial stigmata, marked by a wound on her forehead resembling a thorn from Jesus’ crown of thorns.
St. Rita is recognised as the Patron Saint of challenging marriages, hopeless circumstances - insurmountable predicaments, infertility, and parenthood.
Thank you for praying the novena with us, hope it brings you peace and heavenly graces 🎉
St. Rita of Cascia, Pray for us. Amen 🙏🏽
The only true solution to the crisis of our age is a radical return to Jesus Christ, the Truth, who gives life and meaning to humanity.
—Cardinal Robert Sarah
What Constantine learned at Nicaea wasn’t just theology.
He learned that words can unite — or divide — an empire.
And he chose a word that would define Christianity for centuries:
Homoousios.
One substance. One faith. One God.
Today is the 1700th Anniversary of the Nicene Creed. Arias is long dead—each and every Sunday all Catholics rise to proclaim the truth that was promulgated at the Council of Nicea that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man.
