@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely fuming with Sky atm, the call centre in India yet again has done nothing after my call with them on Thursday. Please provide an email address so I can write a complaint, I'm sick of having issues everytime I speak to them. Sort it out Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam Again my Sky App is giving false info, saying my broadband & router connection is fine when its not. Red light on router. Broadband down but the app says everything is fine! So blimin frustrating! Happening way too often & communication is poor!

@SkyHelpTeam @alanrog3 Really Sky? We can't check with website or the sky app is they are down. 4g is so slow. Nothing is working, cannot report it or run a checker. The router is fine, you need to put a message up on here!

@SkyHelpTeam Your Sky app isn't working just getting the circle of death, wifi is not working even though all lights are green on router, my 4g is so slow, can't do anything. Im a plat vip customer and not getting even basic support! Sky com not loading. 🤔

@AmazonHelp Yes but it was left in an open communal area, the driver again could not be bothered to climb the stairs i had to go looking for it even though i was inside my flat! This is feedback

@AmazonUK 2nd time in a week! Not sure this is classed as being "delivered to resident" lazy driver not wanting to go up the stairs to deliver to the actual front door. Most drivers are great but some are just no acceptable.
