@spaprikar The guard is seen beating dogs,since everytime person can't shoot the video, it's taken when same person can be seen. I'm resident in nearby society, have seen same society people beating dogs. If you say beating dogs is work of guard then hats off to you!!!

Update: SSP Patiala & DSP Patran have been notified. Following our complaint to SSP Patiala, he has directed DSP Patran to get FIR filed immediately & have this man arrested. We are constantly in touch with senior police officials to ensure action is taken against the abuser.

Latest & final update on Parbhani case -
The Collector & Municipal Commissioner have informed me that all the dogs have been released back. Also that they will not be catching any dogs unless a veterinary officer is hired and the infrastructure is created as per prescribed norms.

GOOD NEWS - Illegal catching and locking up of dogs in a filthy dog pound in Parbhani has been STOPPED. Existing dogs to be released back in their original locality soon. Parbhani Municipal Commissioner has assured ABC Rules & Revised Module by AWBI will be scrupulously followed
