Today I received a replacement of my old watch which is not in good working condition as there is no service centre in hyderabad noise had picked up my watch after Weeks they replace with new today but i damaged one. parts are open.

@RapidoCares Nearly 20 days are over , what the action has been taken by radio to bring back my bike from the customer, did they track the back, please provide my bike, I have to do FIR against RAPIDO

Rapido rental where is my bike, yot had provided for rent, from 15 days the customer didn't return and his phone was switched off, even I made a complaint to rapido vendor support and rapido rental, no response from them, even I had provided with customer location

@RapidoCares No response from your team, I did not get my bike back, more than 15 days over,I had made the number of call to rapid vendor support, rapido rentals service, no response, every time from starting I had to explain the issue, to each executive of rapido vendor support, and rentals

Rapido rental services have only online work they're not on ground .just provide customer and take commission, the remaining vendors have to suffer, repeatedly iam calling rapido vendor support but they won't accept my call nor call back,

And not to take any action, I had provided the customer adhaar id photo, banks transactions, address residence location , rapido don't have any office to contact just they do online business, they don't bother about vendor difficulty

Call from neither customer nor rapido vendor support, I don't know what to do now tomorrow I will reach police for help, rapido company why irresponsible, just providing customer and taking commission, I had to take action against RAPIDO COMPANY AND CUSTOMER

Rapid O is providing rental service, I had attach my bike with rapido and successfully my bike went for rent few times but on 16_12_2023 my bike got booking for two days, till today 26_12_2023 customer didn't return bike and his phone switch off

When I am trying to call rapido vendor support from 22_12_2023 they are not responding, this morning I received a call from rapido vendor support and promised to help me out, and ask me not to worry and not to take legal action such as FIR , But now evening I didn't not receive

Rapido vendor support team is not accepting call, it seems rapido company is not fair to vendors, they had provided me customer and taken commission and not responding to me, my registered mobile number is 8328504156,i request rapido team to take action
