@CityPowerJhb Please put Olivedale back on. Loadshedding should’ve ended at 8:30. We suggest you do so quickly as our next slot is 12-4pm which is a 4hr slot. You can’t possible be so incompetent that you can’t put us back on in time after every loadshedding.

@CityPowerJhb Your call center operator just told me technicians don’t work night shift and she can’t give me updates because it hasn’t been 24hrs. So what’s the story. Are there technicians on site or no? You just buying time until tomorrow morning? What’s happening 😂😂😂😂

@CityPowerJhb Olivedale residents…. I was just told by the call Centre operator that there is no such thing as night shift and technicians only work from 6-6. Meaning they will only attend to it in the morning. 😂😂😂. Circus I tell you

@CityPowerJhb This is unacceptable. I’ll be laying a formal complaint tomorrow morning. We will be looking to take legal action as well. I have lost out on work and other essentials because of this prolonged outage. I’m being dead serious about the legal action by the way. Enough is enough.

We had very minimal loading shedding the past few weeks. It gave you ample time to fix any issue. Negligence. Restore, or like before, we take this negligible issue further.

@CityPowerJhb This is unexceptionable!! We were told last night technicians were dispatched. We want answers. If we don’t get those answers, we will be taking further action to find out why it wasn’t attended to yesterday, when it was reported and escalated. This is not ok

@CityPowerJhb @Lasosa595666 Oh!!! You had also posted about an explosion affecting Olivedale but now I can’t find that post anywhere. Am I delusional or did you delete that post? Please tell us the truth. What is the cause of this trip in Olivedale and why is it taking so long to restore?
