@HuntSabs What always amazes me is these hunting folks think they can influence Labour MPs in rural constituencies to not support a total ban. Surely they know there is as much opposition in the countryside to blood sports as anywhere else.

In 'strictly confidential' leaked British Hound Sports Association (BHSA) board meeting minutes seen by The Times, Viscount Astor told fellow board members, that if the government accepted an offer to change scent to "effectively drag hunting", ministers "could claim victory without the difficulty of legislation".
The HSA has warned throughout that hunt leaders are attempting to use drag hunting as the new smokescreen - they are hoping this would save the infrastructure whilst they wait for what they believe to be the next government - Nigel Farage's Reform, to repeal the ban and bring back fox hunting.
The government needs to ensure that its new legislation is watertight and permanent. Fox hunters will stop at nothing to be able to inflict cruelty upon wildlife for their own pleasure. Read The Times uncovering of the plot here πhttps://t.co/44Gm9cRgud
It should have been consigned to the history books long ago, but loopholes and exemptions within the current Hunting Act are being exploited, and as a result, wildlife is still dying.
Hunts have had over 20 years to abide by the law. Instead they have continued to terrorise wildlife and rural communities and enough is enough.
The government consultation into banning 'trail hunting' will close in 3 weeks. To end hunting you must speak up, you must complete the consultation and you must be the voice for the voiceless.

@DavexPatrick@ProtectTheWild_ It is to ban βtrail huntingβ which is a loophole exploited by hunts where they pretend to follow a trail whilst actually hunting.
@rins2pworth@HuntSabs Blame the intensive mink farmers and their escapees, though I do know what damage they do. Hunting is done for the enjoyment of the hunters and is nothing to do with control.
@gnasher1984@domdyer70 Rubbish. He is campaigning for a proper ban on bloodsports and rehoming the hounds to decent people.
We all know the disgraceful way some hunts treat their hounds and how they shoot them when they are not viewed as top form anymore. They are shot, dumped by the hunts. Disgusting.
@ProtectTheWild_ Rob, I hope you are not on the ballot paper, but just campaigning against cruelty to animals in its many forms. It is an excellent opportunity to show Joe Public how cruelly so many animals are treated so good luck.
@HuntSabs I have just signed up for membership, but found I couldnβt use PayPal. Tried with credit card but not sure if it went through. Please let me know.
@HuntSabs That is absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable in a civilised society. Their contempt for the Law shows their utter arrogance and videos like this should be shown repeatedly to MPs who sit on the fence.
