@ccnrhodeisland Pawtucket has masses of businesses to contribute to the tax base.
My town is mostly country and it has been CONSTANTLY leveled against us that the tax rate goes up because we dont have many businesses.

I'm starting to see...its not about the contributors, rather the spending.
