Celebrating our newest Class of 2025 graduates! 🎓

On Saturday, 32 young people who completed the Level 4 Certificate in Youth Leadership and Community Action became the most recent graduates to walk across the stage in the Whitla Hall.

The programme, delivered in partnership with @Foroige and @Rcitybelfast, saw young leaders from the #Ardoyne and #Shankill areas develop essential #Leadership skills while making a lasting impact in their communities through community action projects.

And not only that, but the qualification has also earned them 30 CATS (Credit Accumulation and Transfer) points, giving them a strong foundation for further #Education and #Employment opportunities.

On Saturday, the first cohort of young people who completed the Level 4 Certificate in Youth Leadership and Community Action became the most recent graduates to walk across the stage in the Whitla Hall.

The programme, delivered in partnership with @Foroige and @Rcitybelfast, involved 32 young leaders from the #Ardoyne and #Shankill areas taking part in community-focused projects to develop the critical thinking, problem-solving, empathy and resilience necessary to be an effective leader.

And not only that, but the qualification has also earned them 30 CATS (Credit Accumulation and Transfer) points, giving them a strong foundation for #FurtherEducation and employment opportunities.

“The experiences of these young people highlight that education is about empowering individuals and recognising there are many pathways to development.

“Part of our #CivicMission is to widen access to learning and #HigherEducation for young people across our society, regardless of background and it’s important that we are non-linear in this approach.
