- Estuda inglés
- Fazer live (quando tiver idade), vai te ajudar a ser descoberto.
- Manter uma boa alimentação, muita proteína e frutas e verduras.
- Descansa, dormir 8hrs é o minimo, mais ainda na tua idade.
- aprende a comunicar, o que você vai fazer, o que você está vendo, etc.
- Seja respeitoso com quem joga do teu lado, pode ser que você está tentando ser o melhor, mas tem muita gente que só joga para passar o tempo.

The praise of the ingame-leader in todays Counter-Strike.

I've been watching a lot of CS and reading about gaming and CS in general, to catch up on the time i've been gone.

One thing that has changed a lot is the perception of the ingame-leader.
The IGL gets a lot of credit for the teams performance when high, and at the same time gets a lot of slack when underperforming because they are the IGL.

I was the ingame-leader in NiP and SK from 2005 until I retired in late 2010.
I wish we would have been as celebrated and revered as todays IGLs. It would have made us more valuable and pro-longed our careers.

What has changed?
Back in the day I feel like there was a greater understanding of the fact that CS was a team-game, and not one person was more important than the other.

In my opinion, an IGL will not complete a team or be the deciding factor.

The winning factor is the components of the team and their ability to make winning mid-round decisions.
Counter-Strike is a game of a thousand micro-decisions where you need to minimize mistakes and take advantage of your opponents mistakes.
It requires a team to have good chemistry, good communication, good leadership and the right priorities.

What I would argue more to the point is that it's hard to find leaders for a team, whether that is the IGL or another player in the team.
As in any sport or business, there needs to be someone who will have the respect of the team, who can lead the team by example. Someone who will be able to demand more of the players and motivate them to do their job.

I would argue that a strong leader is more important than an IGL.
It can be the same person sometimes but not necessarily.
I would say that I see this from @SnappiCSGO and @sAwCSGO in @ENCE, and I only base opinion on conduct, body language and the way they carry themselves.
