Mark those calendars for August 10 at 11:00am! We’re having our WWD picnic at Bond Park’s Kiwanis shelter. Sign up to bring a dish and come meet candidates and hang with all your favorite party people! https://t.co/QeKAD46k7X
Our work in 2018 is making a difference- join us on Feb 10th at 2.30 to organize and keep the momentum going! Inside the White House, aides and advisers are despondent over a wasted month https://t.co/xRjm9dFUuI
It’s time to organize! Join us at 2.30 on Feb 10th to elect precinct 20-14 officers and start the planning to remove $600 slippers from Washington DC @davidasermely@wileynickel @RepDavidEPrice @NCDemParty
Our sincere thanks go out to our voters and volunteers who turned out in a huge way this election. We sent @wileynickel4nc to the NC Senate, and with enough other Democrats in the General Assembly to break the Republican supermajority. What a difference that makes!
Register to vote. Then if there’s somebody around that you can believe in, you’ve got that vote. But if you don’t register and it comes, and you wanna do something, you’ve missed it.

18th and FINAL day of Early Voting! Last but not least, remember to vote FOR each of the three bonds on the 2nd page. As our county keeps growing, we need to keep improving our schools, parks, and greenways.
The bipartisan ethics/elections board amendment is intentionally misleading. There is currently a 9-member board of the same function; removing the last member will ensure gridlock, which seems to be the goal of this amendment. All 5 former govs oppose this too. /end
Day 17 of Early Voting and only 1 left! We turn now to amendments on the back of the ballot. It's easy to remember #NixtheSix and vote AGAINST each one, but let's take a look at each issue separately too. /1
The judicial vacancies amendment is a naked power grab by the legislature to allow themselves to appoint the very judges who are supposed to be a check on the legislature. All 5 living former NC governors of both parties have come out strongly against this. /6
