How to Survive the Bot Apocalypse: @monad Airdrop Criteria

Let’s start with the fact that as of today, Monad’s testnet has around 300M total wallets and just under 1M daily active wallets. And no matter how hard the team tries, they won’t be able to select users for rewards solely based on onchain activity. That’s why I believe the best approach is to focus on just a couple of projects and stand out through social activity instead:

Here are the top projects and criteria, ranked by likelihood:

Discord Roles & Kaito Yappers
It’s no secret anymore that projects are shifting away from rewarding onchain activity and toward social engagement. And honestly, it’s the most logical option — there are far fewer people to sort through, and it’s easier to filter real users.Already confirmed: a portion of the Monad airdrop supply is allocated specifically to @KaitoAI users.
So yeah — if you’re not yapping, you’re slacking.

Fantasy Top
One of the core projects on Monad. Very few bots are active here. Plus, if you’re already active in the main @fantasy_top_ , that shows you’re a legit web3 user.

OG NFTs
Holders of early NFT collections on Monad also stand out compared to sybil wallets. I think holders of collections like @monadians_xyz, @mondanabaddies, @chogstarrr, @ChogNFT, @overnads and others will likely be well-rewarded.

That said, this is just my personal assumption. Maybe the team will find a fair way to reward those who’ve actively tested the network. But how to do that without getting hit with a wave of FUD? That’s the big question only the Monad team can answer.
